“ Amazing 4.9, 2nd best pho in Utah. 1. Broth 4.9 this broth is delicious and rich with flavors and spices. It has a bit of a bite and came out a little hot give it a minute tonight cool off. This broth is a little more oily than others. 2. Meat 5 I love the different flavors and textures of meat in pho including the tripe. I got the 20, the House Special, which has the whole array of meats sliced rare round eye, well done beef, brisket, fatty brisket, tendon, beef tripe, and meatballs. A great phos broth is the star. 3. Noodles 5 Pho is made with a rice noodle not a wheat noodle. The noodles dont get soggy. This is important because of the way I eat pho, I spoon the broth till almost all the broth is gone and then eat the noodles and vegetables. 4. Service 5 The service is kind and timely. I will definitely be visiting again soon. ”
